Teaching Tolerance's mission is to help teachers and schools educate students "to be active participants in a diverse democracy," with an emphasis on social justice, challenging prejudice, and learning how to be agents of change in our own lives. Teaching Tolerance's rich website is full of free resources for educators, including lessons, customized learning plans, social justice anchor standards, PD webinars, and film kits (with viewer guides) that you can order for your classroom.

Teaching Tolerance is a project of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
