This webinar has been postponed until June 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Please register for the new date by visiting http://www.sabes.org/event/406.

This is one of four webinars that will reinforce and build upon training conducted in 2014 on ACLS’s research based Indicators of Effective Community Planning for CALCs. There are six Indicators, developed to help strengthen and build the capacity of ABE programs in Massachusetts. They are: Leadership, Membership, Structure, Operations & Processes, Vision & Mission, and Contextual Factors.
This webinar will focus on the structure, operations and processes (Indicators 3 and 4) that contribute to a smooth running coalition. Different coalition models and structures will be reviewed so that the audience can determine what is best for their coalition. The importance of efficient operations and processes will be emphasized, along with some useful tools to support those operations and processes.
Target Audience: New or Experienced ABE Directors, Community Planners or Others Working with ABE Community Planning Coalitions, as well as those who attended the 2014 training and would like a refresher.
