Overview

This offering is a facilitated regional sharing and learning group for new and experienced advisors. Agenda topics are selected based on the interests and needs of attendees and emerging issues in the field, and they are posted two weeks before the meeting.

This advisor sharing group meeting is open to those working in the Boston region. There are four advisor sharing group meetings a year for each region. Now that meetings are online, some are open to all in the state, while others are open only to those working in the region (like this meeting). You are welcome to join your region's meeting as well as other meetings that are open to the state, but please plan to join only four meetings a year to make room for all who want to join.

Description

In this meeting, we will share our thoughts and experiences related to running programs under these uncertain times. We will also review challenges and successes of programs for the first part of the fiscal year. Additionally, Tinika Dottin from the Massachusetts Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) will feature an overview of programs and services. Tinika will also share information about eligibility for participating in certain programs. As always, advisors  are encouraged to share information about future programs and events in their workplaces.

We will be meeting via Zoom, and Ruzica Banovic will send you information and the link for joining online a few days prior to the meeting.
