Northeast SABES Events

Unless otherwise noted, all events are held at:
Northeast SABES, Northern Essex Community College
45 Franklin Street
Lawrence, Massachusetts

All SABES activities are available FREE of charge to all adult basic education practitioners on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain assessment trainings are restricted to MA DOE-funded programs.

So that we may plan to have adequate space, materials, and refreshments, pre-registration is required.  Please register by going to the SABES Web Calendar, or by contacting Deborah Gray at 978-738-7302 or dgray@necc.mass.edu  
If you are unable to attend an event for which you are registered, please call us as soon as possible at 978-738-7302.

We maintain waiting lists for filled events. By calling to cancel, you could be giving someone else the opportunity to attend an event.

**Cancellation and Inclement Weather Policy**
Attendees will be advised of cancellation due to low workshop enrollment at least 48 hours in advance of any workshop.  Workshops will be cancelled due to inclement weather in accordance with the NECC college policy for class cancellation. 

For class cancellation information, call the special "School Announcements" telephone number 978-556-3002 or go to www.necc.mass.edu  for cancellation information.
NECC closings or delayed openings will also be broadcast on most local radio and TV stations.
