Ashley Hannah works at College Bound Dorchester in Boston. While she currently teaches two ESOL courses, she has also taught GED, ABE, and math. In addition to teaching, Ashley leads the curriculum development for College Bound's ESOL theme-based classes. Two years ago, she helped to develop the organization's Bridge to College program, developing a math curriculum for the program's mix of native and non-native English speakers. In 2014, Ashley had the opportunity to travel to Cape Verde where she presented lectures on education in the United States to staff and students at UniCV. She earned her bachelor's degree in international relations from Boston University in 2005 and her master's degree in applied linguistics in 2013 from UMass Boston.
