With more than 36 years of experience in education, preschool to adult, Carol has been a Reading Specialist, Curriculum Specialist, professional development trainer, and classroom teacher in the Worcester Public School system.Most recently, her responsibilities as a Reading Specialist/Literacy Coach included implementing research-based literacy programs, aligning curriculum and practice to meet state and national standards, developing integrated curriculum units, using assessment to drive instruction, and providing professional development on content and quality of instruction.
