Beginner LACES Training (Online Facilitated) - 5/4 & 5/6

LiteracyPro’s System's Shannon Stangis will present this two-part training, which is an overview of how to use LACES, the management information system (MIS), for your student, class, and staff data.

Part 1: The first session focuses on navigation and data entry for the primary data elements associated with students, such as intake, assessment, enrollment, and attendance, as well as class creation, staff intake, and a brief overview of searches and reports.

Part 2: Following a question and answer period to review any questions from the Beginner LACES Training Part 1, this session will review exit follow-up procedures for exited students, exclusions to NRS participation, scheduled services, periods of participation, and a deeper dive into the NRS Tables, searches, and reports.

LACES Close Out Training (Online Facilitated) - 5/10 & 5/12

These sessions will review the processes and procedures around closing out the data for the fiscal year.

LACES Beginner Desk Review (Online Facilitated) - 5/13 & 5/17

LiteracyPro System's Shannon Stangis will present this two-part training, an overview of how to complete the LACES Desk Review process.

Part 1: In the first session, Shannon will provide an overview of how to conduct searches for each cell of the Overview and Enrollment tabs contained in the MA Desk Review. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the Desk Review data.

Part 2: The second session will provide an overview of how to conduct searches for each cell of the MSG and Employment tabs contained in the MA Desk Review. You will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding the Desk Review data.

LACES Importing Files (Online Facilitated) - 5/24

This one-hour webinar will review how to create import files using the LACES templates and then import students, hours, and TABE/TABE CLAS-E assessments.
