SABES and JSI/World Education are seeking a Technical Officer to support the development and delivery of high-quality PD and referral services for adult learners (the MA Adult Education Helpdesk). The Technical Officer helps track the progress of course development and delivery, manages course logistics (such as registration, attendance, and follow-up), creates and promotes new professional resources, and provides technical support to the team, developers, and PD participants.
