Advisors Sharing Groups welcome anyone who works in an advising role, regardless of their title. Advisors Sharing Group meetings are designed to help advisors connect with each other, share best practices, and work through common challenges related to their role.
Topics for each meeting are based on peer interest and recommendation. Please come prepared to collaborate, ask questions, and share ideas and resources.
All Advisors Sharing Groups will include time for general discussion and updates, followed by breakout discussions, guest presentations, or whole group discussions.
Format & Requirements: Sharing Group meetings are held live via Zoom, accompanied by a companion discussion board and resource library in Canvas. We ask that you come prepared with resources and questions about the topic, but there is no required asynchronous work. We encourage you to attend as many meetings as you can, but attendance at all meetings is not required.
Access & Support: You will receive instructions for accessing the meeting and Canvas resources from Sovanna Carnell Guyon. If you need technical assistance to access the meeting or Canvas, please contact Sovanna at sovanna_carnellguyon@worlded.org.
