How are you doing with your dive into distance education and blended learning? These Coffee Hours are for you to strengthen your and your program’s practices. Each Coffee Hour will spend the first 45 minutes or so on your questions, and the remaining time will be on a specific topic requested by the field.
The topic is how to check in with students about such issues as homework and attendance, along with ways to support them. While the facilitator will have suggestions, please come willing to share your own materials and strategies.
The webinar for this day is for those with less than 1year of experience with distance or blended learning. For those who started this year, you may prefer to join the webinar for practitioners with your level of experience. Click the link in the Description section below to register for that webinar.
You will have the opportunity to share your work, ask questions, exchange ideas, and discuss research-based practices. To ensure enough time for questions and discussion, our Coffee Hours are 90 (not 60) minutes!
- Administrators, instructors, and others with some experience in distance education or blended learning who are interested in building their knowledge and skills in these areas
