This is a facilitated sharing and learning session for new and experienced workplace education teachers and coordinators. Prior to the meeting, registrants will identify which topics are most relevant to them. Registrants will have the option to share a sample lesson or unit for discussion.
- Both new and experienced workplace education instructors and coordinators. Programs that are interested in workplace education are welcome to attend to share and learn about resources and best practices.
This professional development activity/course is designed for:
Sharing and learning groups are an opportunity to slow down, connect, discuss, and troubleshoot with your peers. Participants will share ideas and strategies on creating contextualized curriculum for their workplace education classes and programs. There will be time to discuss individual cases. The facilitator will suggest resources and recommend strategies and frameworks for lesson and unit planning.
