LiteracyPro’s Shannon Stangis will present this two-part overview of how to use LACES to manage your student, class, and staff data.

Note: You will register only once for this two-part training. You must be able to attend both sessions.

    Audience

    This professional development activity/course is designed for:

  • Staff members who are new to LACES with little to no experience adding data elements into the system
  • Staff members who would like a refresher on data entry into LACES
Description

Part 1: This webinar is an introduction to LACES and the NRS reporting. We will cover the necessity of tracking NRS-required fields for student intake, waitlists, and services. We will also look at LACES navigation, class creation and duplication, enrollment, and accessing technical assistance and tutorials.

Part 2: This webinar will review the prior day’s lessons and pick up where Part 1 left off. We will discuss creating staff records, assigning staff to classes, tracking attendance, exiting students, and tracking measurable skill gains and outcomes.
