The Advisor will advise and support incarcerated and justice involved individuals enrolled in NECC programs at the Essex County Sheriff's Department. The advisor maintains a caseload of students; support students to develop education and career goals and transition plans; support students seeking high school credential; support students to enroll in postsecondary education; and be successful in their next steps.
