Brief Job Description:
The Asst. Dir. of Teaching and Learning will play a pivotal role in NECC education programs within ECSD correctional facilities. They will provide leadership and support in the development, implementation, and assessment of teaching and learning. They will oversee curriculum development, ensure instructional quality, oversee assessment and supervise faculty while promoting equity-minded practices in the delivery of high-quality educational services to meet the diverse needs of students.
