NECC's Center for Adult Education seeks a collaborative Assistant Director to help lead programs serving a diverse, multilingual community, overseeing operations, student services, staff supervision, compliance, and student transitions in alignment with equity-driven goals and instructional leadership.

Bachelor’s degree, 3+ yrs. of program management experience, knowledge of adult ed policies, experience supervising staff, proficiency with student data systems, strong communication skills, commitment to equity & serving immigrant /underserved learners.
