This is the fourth in a series of structured, facilitated sharing meetings designed specifically for Workplace Education staff.

The sharing group will focus on program evaluation. In the hands-on session, we will develop measurable outcomes from workplace goals and discuss data collection issues. We will also cover ways of showing the value of a workplace education program to employers, unions, and workers and how to bring it to the attention of workplace decision makers. Please bring examples of evaluation tools you have used and/or goals you would like to develop into measurable outcomes.
- Select measurable outcomes to show progress toward a workplace goal
- Identify data collection methods to show progress toward the outcome
- Use a process for determining goals that can be tied to return on investment for the workplace education program
