Brief Job Description:
This position leads efforts to strengthen instructional quality through supervision, PD, and data-informed practices. Tthe role supports instructors, builds team capacity, and ensures alignment with funder requirements and student needs. This is a collaborative leadership position focused on continuous improvement in teaching, outcomes, and team culture.

Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 3 years in instructional leadership, teacher supervision, or program management. Strong knowledge of adult ed practices, ESOL/HSE standards, and funder requirements.
