This session is an open forum for staff and programs to bring questions about searches, reports, or other LACES functionalities. Rather than a structured lesson, this is dedicated time to get help with specific data or reporting challenges you are running into.
Format & Requirements: This online synchronous session is one hour, with no additional required work.
Access & Support: You will receive instructions for accessing the synchronous session via Zoom from Sovanna Carnell Guyon of the SABES Program Support Team one week prior to the session date. Note: We welcome and encourage (but do not require) staff interested in developing custom searches and reports to attend a LACES Searches & Reports session in October 2026 or February 2027. You can then use this Q&A session to troubleshoot issues or challenges
