The National Career Clusters® Framework provides a structure for teaching and learning about careers and career pathways, organized around 16 Career Clusters or groupings of similar occupations. Developed by the Career and Technical Education (CTE) system, the framework can be useful to adult education instructors and advisors for teaching about occupations and helping students explore and discover their interests, passions, and potential postsecondary training programs.
