Join these meetings to connect with other people currently running MassSTEP programs.
The MassSTEP Sharing Group is a peer-facilitated opportunity for advisors to network, share resources and strategies, ask questions, and learn together. Each meeting focuses on a specific topic that is relevant to what is happening in your program right now.
This year’s meeting topics include:
- December 11, 2025, from 3–4:30 p.m.
- Accessing MassSTEP programs: Challenges related to eligibility requirements, immigration changes, and general readiness
- February 10, 2026, from 10–11:30 a.m
- The challenges of meeting MassSTEP expectations: Outcomes, program requirements, and feasibility
- March 11, 2026, from 1–2:30 p.m.
- MassSTEP Data Outcomes: Program design for outcomes, challenges with outcomes, and follow-up
- April 14, 2026, from 10–11:30 a.m.
- MassSTEP as a Career Pathway: Designing or improving programs to set learners up for success in the workforce
- May 18, 2026, from 3–4:30 p.m.
- Expanding opportunities for earning while in a MassSTEP program: Partnerships, braided funding, and other options to explore
Each meeting includes time for general updates and share-outs as well as a facilitated discussion and resource sharing on the meeting topic. Please come prepared with relevant ideas, questions, and/or resources.
Staff whose work touches on these topics are welcome to attend regardless of their specific title. Participants are encouraged but not required to attend all meetings.
