Coaching meets your programs exactly where you are, and works with you on your pain points. You decide what your program is capable of doing in the allotted time frame.

Coaching topics can include:

  • Recruitment, eligibility, and persistence
  • Developing or improving partnerships
  • Evaluating data for program improvement
  • Curriculum and SSLOs
  • Career pathways and stackable credentials
  • Support for beginning-level learners

At a minimum, your program will commit to:

  • Sharing one to three program-specific goals
  • Choosing team members to participate
  • One to three live virtual meetings with the coach
  • Completing one to four action steps
  • Completing a follow-up survey
  • Hours and effort depends on your goal(s) and capacity

Why should you sign up for coaching?

  • Responsive and tailored guidance
  • Coaching meets you where you are
  • Only commit to doing what is realistic and feasible
  • Form action steps and plans with your colleagues

What do others have to say about coaching?

“Our quality coaching time with Heather was invaluable. The resulting SSLOs have provided a common understanding and vision among instructors, students, and administrators.”

 - Patricia Hembrough, Site Supervisor, Brockton Adult Learning Center
