This offering is a facilitated regional sharing and learning group for new and experienced advisors. Agenda topics are selected based on the interests and needs of attendees and emerging issues in the field, and they are posted two weeks before the meeting.
This advisor sharing group meeting is open to those working in the Central region. There are four advisor sharing group meetings a year for each region. Now that meetings are online, some are open to all in the state, while others are open only to those working in the region (like this meeting). You are welcome to join your region's meeting as well as other meetings that are open to the state, but please plan to join only four meetings a year to make room for all who want to join.
- Both new and experienced advisors. Instructors who play a role in education and career planning are also welcome to attend to share and learn about best practices and resources.
