This offering is a facilitated regional sharing and learning group for new and experienced advisors. Agenda topics are selected based on the interests and needs of attendees and emerging issues in the field, and they are posted two weeks before the meeting.
This advisor sharing group meeting is open to those working in the West region.
- Both new and experienced advisors. Instructors who play a role in education and career planning are also welcome to attend to share and learn about best practices and resources

You are invited to join Western MA ABE and ESOL advisors from across the region as we share and learn from each other with regards to continuing to provide high-quality advising services for adult learners, continuing largely with virtual formats.
The topic we will be exploring for this meeting will be self-care and motivation. There will be an opportunity to share with the group ways you practice self care. We will also discuss what ways we support students. Please also feel free to come prepared to share about program highlights/changes, recruitment for upcoming cohorts, and any other various opportunities and resources for students in the region.
