This professional development activity/course is designed for:
We offer this session as a way to kick off our MassSTEP PD for the year, while exposing you to core IET support tools from the OCTAE issued Integrated Education and Training Design Toolkit. The toolkit guides teams or individuals through the planning process for identifying, designing, and implementing an IET/IELCE program that incorporates learner and employer needs. This process can be used for new, current, or prospective programs.
Since this session is based on collaboration and sharing, it will be useful for new and experienced MassSTEP directors, coordinators, teachers, and advisors. Ideally, team members will attend this session together so that you can continue the work afterwards and make a plan for participating in subsequent MassSTEP PD.
Note: We will be meeting via Zoom. Ruzica Banovic will send you information and the link for joining online a few days prior to the meeting.
