LiteracyPro’s Shannon Stangis will present this two-part training, which is an overview of how to use LACES— the management information system (MIS)— for your student, class, and staff data.

Note: You will register only once for this two-part training. You must be able to attend both sessions.

This professional development activity/course is designed for:

  • Staff members who are new to LACES with little to no experience adding data elements into the system
  • Staff members who would like a refresher on data entry into LACES

Part 1: This webinar is an introduction to LACES and the NRS reporting. We will cover the necessity of tracking NRS required fields for student intake, waitlists, service tracking, navigation, class creation and duplication, enrollment, and accessing technical assistance and tutorials.

Part 2: This webinar will pick up where Part 1 left off and review the prior day’s lessons. We will discuss creating staff records, assigning staff to classes, tracking attendance, exiting students, and tracking measurable skill gains and outcomes.

  • September 19: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • September 20: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

LACES sessions will be held online using Zoom. Jane Brandt will send you the link several days before the training date, so please be sure the email address you enter during registration is accurate.
