Thanks to our state partnership with the New England Literacy Resource Center (NELRC), we are pleased to share this PD session on the History of Voting Rights & Introduction to the Voter Education, Registration, and Action (VERA) campaign of 2024.
The VERA campaign of 2024 is a nonpartisan effort designed for adult education programs in the New England states. Its goal is to educate adult learners about voting and current election issues and mobilize them to vote in the 2024 election.
Because this PD is being offered by NELRC, please register here rather than on the SABES Calendar.
- Adult education program directors and instructors who wish to provide learners with access to nonpartisan information and resources related to the 2024 election and civics education
