This offering is a facilitated sharing and learning group for those working on MassSTEP projects. All roles are welcome. Meetings are loosely facilitated to encourage peer sharing, resource sharing, and group problem-solving.
- Both new and experienced advisors, teachers, coordinators, directors, and core partners working on MassSTEP programs (IET and IELCE welcome)

In this session. We will discuss the common challenges faced by new and existing MassSTEP programs, identify and discuss challenges by sector and review solutions and successes. This meeting will focus on:
- Strategies for recruitment and retention
- Curriculum, including how to prepare learners to meet the demands of employers
We will also be collecting topics and ideas for future meetings.
Please come prepared to collaborate and share, and to offer your ideas for supporting these meetings going forward.
