This professional development activity/course is designed for:
Support staff are often the first people students meet and form relationships with at adult education programs. They play critical roles in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, while managing the program's operations, data collection, and reporting systems. The Support Staff Peer Learning and Support Group is intended to offer an opportunity for professionals to network, share successes and challenges, and problem-solve together.
This first meeting will focus on creating norms and expectations for the group, sharing and learning around common tasks and challenges, and gathering meeting topics and requests for future meetings.
Several days before the event, Jane Brandt at jane_brandt@worlded.org will send you an email with the Zoom link.
