In this session, you will learn about BurlingtonEnglish’s fully blended, comprehensive curriculum, their innovative and individualized speech-processing, and their training platform that meets every English language learner's needs. This session is a great fit for you if your program has not yet begun to use BurlingtonEnglish and would like to request seats for the next school year!

  • Teachers and designated individuals interested in learning about the courses and features available to them in the BurlingtonEnglish platform
Description

Learn about BurlingtonEnglish’s comprehensive curriculum for adult learners which focuses on rigorous academic preparation, civics knowledge, career readiness, and technology integration at all levels and areas of instruction. College & Career Readiness (CCR) and English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards are incorporated into the BurlingtonEnglish curriculum at every level to provide a foundation for academic rigor. BurlingtonEnglish’s blended curriculum is designed to be used by teachers as an instructional tool and by students for additional reinforcement, in or out of the classroom. You will learn about the variety of courses offered and how to choose the appropriate course based on you and your students’ learning goals.

Course Format: The course is online facilitated. 

Course Requirements: To complete this course, you must attend the 1.5-hour session with BurlingtonEnglish.

Course Access & Support: You will receive an email from Jane Brandt (jane_brandt@worlded.org) one to two days before the session with a Zoom link and instructions on how to access the Zoom session.
