- Adult education instructors and staff members who use EnGen and want to learn more about leveraging their learners’ outcome data
This professional development activity/course is designed for:
In this session, you will explore how to use EnGen’s platform data and reporting tools to better understand learner progress, engagement, and performance. You will learn how to interpret learner engagement metrics, session reports, unit and course completion data, and Writing Helper submissions. By examining these data sources, you will develop a more comprehensive understanding of how learners interact with EnGen, demonstrate progress, and engage with different learning activities.
You will also explore how to translate data into meaningful classroom insights and instructional strategies. You will practice identifying patterns in learner engagement and performance, recognizing learners who may benefit from additional support or enrichment, and using writing samples and feedback to inform instruction. By the end of the session, you will be better equipped to use EnGen data to guide instructional planning, personalize learner support, monitor progress toward learning goals, and facilitate more informed conversations about learner success.
