This training is designed for individuals in ACLS-funded programs who intend to become BEST Plus test administrators. BEST Plus is administered individually in a face-to-face oral interview designed to assess the English language proficiency of adult English language learners.
This training is split over two days. The first half of the training is Friday, April 29 and the second half of the training is Saturday, April 30. Participants must arrive on time and attend BOTH SESSIONS.

This training is the first of three steps in becoming a BEST Plus Administrator. The other two steps must be completed within three weeks of the training.

Run the Best Plus Test Administration Program
Interpret Best Plus scores

English fluency level of SPL 9 or above
Experience and comfort interacting with nonnative English speakers
Basic comfort level with computers
