Sally Nobinger is the Advising Coordinator at The Immigrant Learning Center (ILC) in Malden. She has worked at The ILC for over seven years, starting out as an ESOL teacher and then transitioning to her current role in 2021. She works primarily with the education and career advising program, leading a team of two education and career advisors and serving as a supplemental advisor herself. She earned a CELTA certificate in 2015 and has a B.A. in English Literature and Drama from the University of Virginia.

Anna Fan serves as an Advisor on the Education and Career Team at The Immigrant Learning Center (ILC) in Malden. Since beginning her career as an adult educator in 2000, she has held roles including instructor, volunteer coordinator, and program manager. Anna joined The ILC in 2019 and stepped into her current advisory position in 2022. She is passionate about working with a diverse student community and is highly skilled at guiding them to achieve their goals.

Susan Despres has over 20 years of experience teaching ESOL and ABE, and providing professional development for adult education in Massachusetts. Susan retired from her position as Program Supervisor at Methuen Public Schools Adult Learning Center in 2025.
