This research brief describes two exemplary initiatives from Washington State’s Community and Technical Colleges and South Texas College. They are examples of partnerships between community colleges, community-based organizations, adult education providers, and regional employers that provide bridges to educational and workforce opportunities for lower-skilled adult ESL learners.
