Patsy Egan, PhD, is the Director of  ATLAS, ABE Teaching & Learning Advancement System, housed in the Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. ATLAS provides professional development to Minnesota's adult education workforce. Her current projects include designing and implementing professional learning around adult career pathways, trauma-informed pedagogy, and best practices for literacy, language, and numeracy development for adults.
