The Enhancing Access for Refugees and New Americans (EARN) project page is now live in LINCS. EARN is a national leadership activity that is building the capacity of states, local programs, and classroom instructors to provide comprehensive immigrant integration services, centering around Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education (IELCE) and Integrated Education and Training (IET) programming.

To date, EARN has delivered 10 technical assistance activities since publicly launching in the spring. These activities support the linguistic, civic, and economic integration of immigrant communities for three primary audiences: state adult education staff, IELCE grantees, and IELCE instructors.

Resources of note include the Immigrant Integration Framework and curated resources on the topics of linguistic, civic, and economic integration within IELCE programming.
