Elena Ruiz joined the SABES ELA Curriculum & Instruction PD Team at World Education in October 2024. She has extensive experience leading adult education programs, specifically those that serve immigrants and English-Language Learners. In addition, she has experience with curriculum development, career/academic advising, and volunteer management. Elena has a TESOL certification from The World Learning SIT Graduate Institute.
