PSPD offers individual and program-based coaching for staff in any role looking to grow and strengthen their practice in any of our key priority areas, which include educational leadership and program management, advising, career pathways, digital literacy, and ADA coordination. Visit our online asynchronous courses, including series that focus on Digital Literacy and Advising. Inspiring Career Development And Action: A Curriculum Guide For Adult Educators (Online Blended)

This session introduces you to the Inspiring Career Development and Action (ICA): A Curriculum Guide for Adult Educators. The ICA contains ready-to-use lesson plans and activities that will guide your learners through a supportive and realistic career awareness, career exploration, and career planning process. After exploring the curriculum, you will identify ways to use the curriculum and discuss adaptations needed to meet the needs of your learners in your states, programs, and classrooms. *There are 10 available seats for this offering.

In this meeting, we will focus on strategies for cultivating student leadership.
