Transition to College Coordinator (Part-Time)

Brief Job Description:

The Transition to College Coordinator leads and manages the T2C program, supporting ESOL and HSE students in preparing for and enrolling in college. The role oversees staff, daily operations, and program implementation while ensuring compliance, budgeting, and reporting. It also builds partnerships, supports program development, and engages in outreach to promote college transition opportunities.

Experience Required:
Master’s degree, with at least five years of experience in program coordination, teaching, counseling, testing, or program management (or equivalent experience).
