ESOL Instructor 24 hours a week
Brief Job Description:
Develop and deliver engaging, rigorous, standards-aligned ESOL lessons tailored to adult learners' needs and proficiency levels. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, promotes language acquisition, and supports student leadership. Assess students' English language proficiency through formal and information methods and use data to drive instructional decisions. Provide constructive feedback and support to students.

Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate area of specialization and three years of appropriate experience, in postsecondary education. Preferred TABE E, Best Plus certified or ability to complete certification upon hire. Previous experience in ESOL programs
