Jamila Xible

Bio

Jamila Xible, Director for Health Education and Access Initiatives at the Cambridge Health Alliance. Jamila is responsible for the oversight of a number of programs including the Volunteer Health Advisors, Aging Wisely Everett, Senior Suicide Prevention, Women’s Health Network, and the Community Health Improvement Learning Institute, which regularly offers Community Health Worker training.

She holds a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University, is a Dual Certified (Youth and Adult) Mental Health First Aid Instructor as well as a Cultural Humility trainer.  In addition to her native Portuguese, Jamila speaks English and is conversant in Spanish.

Nicole McNeil

Bio

Nicole is the mathematics teacher for the Success Center, which is part of the Holyoke Public Schools (formerly the HALO Program). She has been teaching math at the program for the past 8 years and is currently the instructional lead. Additionally, she is the ABE license coach for Western Massachusetts.
