Cynthia Faulkner has worked with English language learners in the United States and abroad since 2008. She has taught middle school students abroad, developing curricula for English summer camps and choir and teaching English and U.S. culture through song. In the field of adult ESOL, Cynthia has taught beginner through high intermediate levels in both community and workplace settings and has served as program director for Community Action Inc., in Haverhill and Notre Dame Education Center in Lawrence, MA. She has been providing professional development for ESOL teachers through SABES since 2014, specializing in the components of language, assessment, and culturally responsive teaching.
