Luis Franco has been providing professional development for ESOL teachers through SABES since 2019, specializing in digital literacy and reflective teaching. He is also the Training and Technical Assistance Coordinator at English for New Bostonians with a focus on ESOL Pathways, English for Entrepreneurs, ESOL-Digital Literacy, and volunteer tutor training. Luis began teaching English in 2004 in his hometown, Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education and became a Licensed Trainer for the School of International Training to teach their TESOL Certificate course. Luis has taught

professionals and instructors in the USA, Mexico, Central America, and Southeast Asia.
