Martha Oesch has over twenty-five years experience in adult basic education, workforce development, program design and development, curriculum design and development, policy planning, and capacity building and professional development.  As a consultant, she works with non-profit organizations on the design and implementation of integrated employment and training programs, develops contextualized curriculum, and facilitates capacity building through trainings and peer learning networks for practitioners.  She has delivered numerous trainings for SABES over the years. She is a co-author of the Integrating Career Awareness into the ABE and ESOL Classroom Curriculum Guide and has facilitated this online course for state teams of ABE practitioners.
