Evonne Peters has led the SABES ELA Curriculum and Instruction PD Center since 2020. Her 20+ years in adult education include experience as an instructor and program coordinator. Evonne has presented and consulted on projects for ACLS/DESE and SABES on topics including ELA curriculum frameworks, evidence-based reading and writing instruction, assessment, and AE teacher licensure. In addition, she has experience in K-12 special education. Evonne is a nationally certified Student Achievement in Reading (STAR) trainer and holds a Wilson Reading System Level 1 certification.
