This list of general, cross-domain learning strategies complements the domain-specific strategies described in each strand under MA ELPS Standard 4: Use of Effective Strategies, and provides teaching suggestions to encourage effective studying and learning habits.  Although initially published separately from the MA ELPS document, it will be integrated into the full document in the coming year.
