PSPD offers individual and program-based coaching for staff in any role looking to grow and strengthen their practice in any of our key priority areas, which include educational leadership and program management, advising, career pathways, digital literacy, and ADA coordination. We also offer individual coaching and support for those looking to acquire a professional ABE license. If interested, please submit a Contact Us request.

Different times work best for busy adult educators to attend PD. Did you know you can access PD when it’s most convenient for you? Visit our online asynchronous courses, including series that focus on Digital Literacy and Advising. Navigating Pathways To Opportunity: Comprehensive Student Supports (Self-Paced Modules)

Navigating Pathways to Opportunity prepares advisors, coaches, and college and career navigators to provide the comprehensive support that their students need to successfully transition to career pathways, workforce training programs, and postsecondary education. In this self-paced course, you will learn strategies for identifying and engaging your students’ aspirations, addressing barriers, and building a comprehensive network of support to promote persistence. *There are 9 available seats for this offering.

Workplace Education Sharing Group

Join us for this Workplace Education (WPE) Sharing Group where staff provide program updates, discuss and troubleshoot common challenges, share promising practices, and more. This group is open to anyone who works as part of a WPE program.

MassSTEP Sharing Group (Online Blended)

This is a facilitated sharing group for anyone involved in developing and implementing MassSTEP programs. Meetings are loosely facilitated to encourage peer sharing, resource sharing, and group problem-solving. Topics are based on participant input. All roles are welcome.

The topic for this meeting is: MassSTEP as a Career Pathway.  Where does your program lead students? Participants will share and discuss industry career ladders relevant to their MassSTEP programs. Are there opportunities for internships, stackable credentials and/or career advancement?
