PSPDC offers individual and program-based coaching for staff in any role looking to grow and strengthen their practice in any of our key priority areas, which include educational leadership and program management, advising, career pathways, digital literacy, and ADA coordination. We also offer individual coaching and support for those looking to acquire a professional ABE license. If interested, please submit a Contact Us request.

Advisor Sharing and Learning Groups

Peer-facilitated meetings where advisors provide program updates, discuss and troubleshoot common challenges, and share resources, promising practices, and more. This group is open to anyone who works in an advising role, regardless of their title. 

Motivational Interviewing Training Refresher

3.5 hour interactive offering giving those who have completed the basic MI training an opportunity to learn additional MI strategies and practice their MI skills.

Note: Designed for those who completed the basic MI training through SABES or elsewhere, if that training was at least 16 hours long and included at least 8 hours of practice.

Win-Win Strategies for Career-Contextualized Teaching and Advising (Online Blended)
