This guide presents concrete examples and models of mutually beneficial collaborations between community colleges and local employers that ultimately serve to help students progress along their education and career pathways.  While the examples and lessons learned are drawn from community college systems, they are relevant to all practitioners in workforce, career and technical education, and adult education.
