This panel discussion will bring together MassHire Career Center professionals who have used different data sources and tools strategically in their work to support employers in understanding the local labor market, wage comparisons, estimated days to fill open positions, and more. Presenters will also share same data that can be used to inform job seekers about how best to negotiate salaries and market their transferable skills.
