Join this session to engage in a reflective process to identify your MassSTEP program’s strengths and areas for further development. We will use the just-released IET Quality Indicator tool to help you do just that. We will meet you where you are regardless of your experience level or your role in the MassSTEP Program. We will also follow up with supportive IET planning resources and upcoming MassSTEP professional development.
Note: This session is part of a cohort-based MassSTEP PD series.

This professional development activity/course is designed for:
Planning and implementing a MassSTEP program requires you to be thinking about many different components at once: curriculum, partnerships, program management, data analysis, labor market considerations, and more. Thankfully, we have a resource that you can use to reflect on the various components and engage in thoughtful planning and continuous improvement efforts. In addition, we will be bringing programs together in breakout rooms to hear from, and learn from each other.
The IET Quality Indicators tool supports program development and continuous improvement in IET programs. It is part of the Integrated Education and Training Design Toolkit. The Indicators and the Toolkit process can be used for new, current, or prospective programs.
